Recycling: the why, how and where in Bahrain

I just came back from the last meeting of the environment friends society.
This NGO is run by the outspoken Khawla Mohannadi
She is the founder of Environmental Friends Society, and REEM program for young environmentalist leaders, and Environmental Alliances, creating first environmental lobby for Bahrain.
She also represented the Bahraini, Gulf, and Arab civil society in various International and Regional Environmental Forums such as UNEP Governing Council / Global Ministerial Environment Forum ( GC/GMEF).
All in Hamad Town to teach youngster love for their environment and country.
It is so sad that there is no support of companies and government for this wonderful project that started 11 years ago.
Khawla is the reason I set up this website in the first place.
I am a member of environment friends since 2007/2008
She was on one of her trip abroad and on of the member there said the recycling skips are full can you call the people to pick it up?
What? I didn't have an idea. I recycled for years in Awali and didn't know who or what.
That give me they idea what if more people needed this information?
So I did my research and here we are a website on recycling in Bahrain
