Published was project tender for a marine outfall pipeline for the Muharraq sewage plant – the area is a shallow lying area only up to 2.5 meter below sea level which in itself it not advisable due to the lack of strong currents – this is normally considered a deep water project ( 30 meters or more below sea level)

I miss seeing the night-sky and its immeasurable amount of stars - satellites - and other (blinking) lights.
I decide to go for a ride into the desert of the Kingdom to find a place where I could watch them unobstructed by lights.
Impossible, no matter where I went there were oasis of lights belonging to oil drilling projects lighting up the once dark desert environment.
Got stopped by police wh...

Sakhir camping- tree of life

While driving through sakhir desert I was stunned by the garbage left by the campers in the previous season.
If I was the southern municipal council I would trace the way back owners of the left behind tents - wood- toilet- porta-cabins etc, which is possible since every person that wanted to camp had to have a license and place assignment numbers.

Even if this doesn't spew out co2 due to stringent laws (but how will these be enforced in the Kingdom of Bahrain?) the fact remains that it's end product is highly poisonous ash.
Some information:

Still waiting for the Public commission to give me a report on how many animals have been ripped apart at alareen wildlife park since a pack of dogs do not normally kill for food their attacks usually leads to mutilation of cattle and killing of pets dogs/cats.
I am first and foremost for the environment and its indigenous animals in the Kingdom.
Feral cats and desert dogs are not indigenous but so called "loving pets" left by expats that can't be bothered to cough up the m...
